1996 “Saturday Evening Mostly Country Music Show”

WBKE 89.5 FM, N MANCHESTER IN

Show Information

The 1st 2.5 years of my radio show, WBKE DJs & friends recorded segues for me to play between songs. During Jan Term 1996, I interned at Elgin IL’s WRMN 1410 AM. Brad Bohlin, 1 of the personalities at the time, had a voice that just resonated; so I asked him to record some segues. This last semester of my radio show was the most fun & went very quick. I really hated saying goodbye the weekend before finals. I asked if I could go on 1 last time the Saturday after finals, before graduation, but that was not a possibility.

SEGUES

This is the order in which I used the liners (on carts/8-track tapes) recorded by Keith Allison (KA; Manchester College friend) & Brad Bohlin (BB; WRMN personality in the mid 1990s) during Spring 1996 semester.
